Events Subscriptions ​

Events Subscriptions are used for configuring Contact or Admin User for sending notifications in case of some Events. Following Events are available for configuration:

AccountHighThesholdCleared
Event when the balance of some Account has become in normal after was becoming bigger than high threshold. Balance high threshold should be configured for the Account.
AccountLowThesholdCleared
Event when the balance of some Account has become in normal after was becoming less than low threshold. Balance low threshold should be configured for the account.
AccountHighThesholdReached
Event when the balance of some Account has become bigger than high threshold. Balance high threshold be configured for the account.
AccountLowThesholdReached
Event when the balance of some Account has become less than low threshold. Balance low threshold should be configured for the account.
DestinationQualityAlarmCleared
Event when one of the quality parameters (Asr, Acd or Short Calls) of some Destination has become in norm after were becoming less than Asr Limit, Acd Limit or Short Calls Limit values accordingly.
DestinationQualityAlarmFired
Event when one of the quality parameters (Asr, Acd or Short Calls) of some Destination has become less than Asr Limit, Acd Limit or Short Calls Limit values accordingly.
GatewayLocked
Event when Gateway has been locked because threshold of the quality parameters (Acd limit, Asr limit or Short Calls limit) of the gateway was overcome. In locked mode gateway could not be used for termination of calls.
GatewayUnlocked
Event when Gateway has been unlocked because quality parameters (Acd limit, Asr limit and Short Calls limit) of the gateway had become in norm.
DialpeerLocked
Event when Dialpeer has been locked because threshold of the quality parameters (Acd Limit, Asr Limit or Short Calls Limit) of the dialpeer was overcome. In locked mode dialpeer could not be used for routing of calls in case of using sorting method with ACD&ASR control in the relevant Routing Plan.
DialpeerUnlocked
Event when Dialpeer has been unlocked because quality parameters (Acd Limit, Asr Limit and Short Calls Limit) of the dialpeer had become in norm.
