Package Counters
Package Counters are read-only records that track the remaining usage balance of active service packages assigned to customer accounts. A package counter is created automatically when a Service with a package billing configuration is activated on an account.
For a package counter to be consumed during a call, the matched Destination must have Allow Package Billing enabled. If the destination does not have this flag set, calls will be billed at standard per-minute rates even if an active package counter exists.

Package Counter records are managed automatically by the system. They cannot be created or edited manually.
- Id
- Unique identifier.
- Account
- The Account this package counter belongs to.
- Service
- The Service that created this package counter.
- Prefix
- The destination prefix that this counter applies to. Calls to destinations matching this prefix may consume the package counter instead of being billed per-minute.
- Exclude
- If enabled, calls to destinations matching the prefix are excluded from package billing and billed at standard per-minute rates instead.
- Duration
- Remaining duration (in seconds) available in this package counter. Decremented as calls are billed against the package.
