Package Counters

Package Counters are read-only records that track the remaining usage balance of active service packages assigned to customer accounts. A package counter is created automatically when a Service with a package billing configuration is activated on an account.

For a package counter to be consumed during a call, the matched Destination must have Allow Package Billing enabled. If the destination does not have this flag set, calls will be billed at standard per-minute rates even if an active package counter exists.

Package Counter records are managed automatically by the system. They cannot be created or edited manually.

Id

Unique identifier.

Account

The Account this package counter belongs to.

Service

The Service that created this package counter.

Prefix

The destination prefix that this counter applies to. Calls to destinations matching this prefix may consume the package counter instead of being billed per-minute.

Exclude

If enabled, calls to destinations matching the prefix are excluded from package billing and billed at standard per-minute rates instead.

Duration

Remaining duration (in seconds) available in this package counter. Decremented as calls are billed against the package.
