Customer Portal Access Profiles
Customer Portal Access Profiles define which sections and data are accessible to customers logging into the Yeti Customer Portal. A profile is assigned to a customer account and controls visibility of each portal feature independently.

- Name of the access profile.
- Allow Listen Recording
- If enabled, the customer can listen to call recordings in the portal.
- Account
- If enabled, the customer can view their account information.
Outgoing traffic permissions
- Outgoing Rateplans
- If enabled, the customer can view outgoing rateplans.
- Outgoing CDRs
- If enabled, the customer can view CDR records for outgoing calls.
- Outgoing CDR Exports
- If enabled, the customer can export CDR data for outgoing calls.
- Outgoing Statistics
- If enabled, the customer can view outgoing traffic statistics.
- Outgoing Statistics Active Calls
- If enabled, the customer can see the active calls count in outgoing statistics.
- Outgoing Statistics ACD
- If enabled, the customer can see the Average Call Duration metric in outgoing statistics.
- Outgoing Statistics ASR
- If enabled, the customer can see the Answer-Seizure Ratio metric in outgoing statistics.
- Outgoing Statistics Failed Calls
- If enabled, the customer can see failed calls count in outgoing statistics.
- Outgoing Statistics Successful Calls
- If enabled, the customer can see successful calls count in outgoing statistics.
